Your Host
Tina Gosney is a Family Conflict Coach and Family Life Educator who helps parents move from fear and frustration into grounded, confident leadership within their families.
After nearly losing her relationship with her children over a decade ago, Tina made a courageous decision: she would no longer pass down the patterns of disconnection and silence that had been repeated for generations in her family. Instead, she committed to doing the deep inner work, learning to regulate her own emotions, and showing up with compassion and clarity.
Tina knows firsthand that family relationships can bring both our deepest pain and our greatest joy. That’s why she guides parents who feel stuck—caught between guilt, fear, and old patterns—into creating a new way forward. With her warm, authentic presence and practical tools rooted in family systems work, she has supported thousands of parents in finding their voice, strengthening boundaries, and building lasting bonds with their adult children.
Her approach is grounded in authenticity, kindness, and integrity. She believes that every parent has the ability to lead with strength and compassion—and that when they do, healing flows through the entire family.
Testimonials/What Others Are Saying

Before I worked with Tina, I was so desperate and sad, feeling like a failure, and grasping for anything to help me and guide me. I had tried so many things before I found coaching, including therapy, and nothing really seemed to last. After we worked together, my relationships have totally changed. I know now I truly only have control over myself and my own emotions, and when I choose on purpose how I want to show up. I came to Tina for help with my child, but it has helped me so much in my marriage. I didn’t expect that! When I think about the future, I know I have the tools to progress in any relationship and I have confidence in myself.
– Tessa

I have an increased clarity of what is going on inside of me and am able to show up so much better for myself and the people in my family. I have learned to face the hard circumstances in my life with increased clarity and compassion. I have learned to be more present and focus on what is in front of me with acceptance. I’ve become more comfortable with staying in connection with people I love without having to always be in agreement.
– Gina

One of the biggest things Tina helped me with is being confident in my decision making and in telling myself I have the skills to make good decision for my family. And if the decision goes badly in the future I’ll tell myself I made the best decision with the information I had and now that I have new information, maybe I’ll make a different decision. I feel like that has given me so much confidence and taken away so much worry.Â
– Shayla

Previously to working with Tina, I did not understand that I control my feelings. I really thought I was a prisoner to them, so when I was anxious or depressed I just lived there for long periods of time. With the models she taught me, I was able to understand that although I can't always control the circumstances – I CAN control how I think about them and that affects how I FEEL about them and HOLY COW that made all the difference in the world. As simple as it sounds, taking control of my thoughts has really helped!Â
